An easy and quick sauce that packs a garlicky punch. It can be used as a dip, dressing, or general purpose fresh sauce on any dish. This sauce is inspired by this Bone Appetit recipe.
In a food processor, pulse garlic (3 cloves), herbs (1 cup), cumin (1 tsp), pinenuts (1/2 tsp), and salt (2 tsp) until well combined.
Add tahini (1 cup), lemon juice (1/4 cup), and maple syrup (1/2 tsp) to food processor and run until sauce is smooth.
(Optional) If the sauce is too thick, slowly add water while processing until desired consistency.
