Sautéed kale

A quick and tasty way to cook up a bunch of kale.

Instructions

  1. Heat a deep and wide pan to medium heat and add oil.

  2. Add garlic and chili flakes and frequently stir so garlic does not burn for 30 seconds.

  3. Add chopped kale, salt, pepper. Stir for 30 seconds until the kale starts to turn a vibrant green.

  4. Add broth and lemon juice continue stirring to letting the kale wilt, and the juices evaporate.

  5. Remove from heat when the kale is cooked to your liking.
